Getting there:  St Clement's is approximately 90 minutes by car from Canberra airport.  Should there be sufficient need, At One Events will organise a bus from the airport for interstate travellers with the cost being evenly divided by passengers.  On occasion, Canberran attendees have volunteered lifts to interstate visitors and this may also be an option.  

Dietary requirements:  St Clement's Monastery caters to GF, vegetarian and diabetic diets only.

Should you wish to cancel your place, full refunds minus the registration fee will be made up to 3 June 2025.  From 4 June to 18 June, 50% of the event cost will be refunded. No refunds will be provided from 19 June 2025.  In the event of cancellation by the hosts, full refunds will be provided.
